Welcome To
Landmark Baptist ChurchOur Help Is In The Name Of The Lord

At Landmark Baptist Church, we place a premium on the Word of God and on the preaching of the cross — messages that edify, comfort, convict, and restore the believer.
Under the leadership of Pastor Robert H. Ledford III, who has shepherded this church since 2007, we aim for a balanced ministry — teaching and preaching, visitation and fellowship, salt and light — speaking the truth in love as we preach the whole counsel of God.
The King James Bible is our textbook and traditional hymn-singing is our worship. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a church home, you’ll find a warm welcome here.
We’d love to see you at any of our weekly services.

Serving Madison, Florida
Bible-believing, hymn-singing, family-minded — a church for every generation.
Landmark Baptist Church began as a mission effort right here in Madison, with Bro. Wally Mann called as its first pastor. From that first meeting place and groundbreaking, the congregation has kept the same commitment to the Word of God ever since.
We place a premium on the Word of God and the preaching of the cross — to edify, comfort, convict, and restore. We want to please God and challenge the church to be what God wants us to be.
We still believe the hymn is the truest form of church music — rich doctrine lifted in voices together, not a performance. Old-time worship, sung by every generation in the room.
Salt and light at home, in our neighborhood, and to the ends of the earth.
Every June we run a full week of VBS — this year's theme was Wonder, teaching children that they were created by God for God.
Every year our members set up right on the courthouse square for Madison's Down Home Days, meeting our neighbors face to face with a smile and an invitation.
We take the gospel to the crowds gathered for Madison's Independence Day celebration — a yearly tradition of community outreach.
Our Christmas float carries the true meaning of the season through downtown Madison each year — the manger, the cross, and the good news of John 3:16.
Members go out together with gospel tracts and a clear presentation of the good news of Christ for our neighbors around Madison.
Each November our members go out to meet neighbors at the polls — a chance to say a kind word and share the gospel with the whole community in one place.

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”
— John 12:32
Mark your calendar — we’d love to see you there.
December 2026 — downtown Madison
Every year our members build a float for Madison's Light Up celebration, carrying the manger, the cross, and the message of John 3:16 through the heart of downtown.
Join us downtown, or come find us at the church the following Sunday.

June 2027, evenings at 6:00 PM
A full week of Bible lessons, games, and music for kids of every age — 2026's theme was Wonder, teaching children they were created by God for God.
